The tour bus is on time. Carmen, our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and gave clear snd concise instructions. Hotel stays were okay with free breakfasts. Lunch and dinner packages were wonderful -mostly Chineses buffets and one Frenc..h style 4 course meal. Sightseeing tours were exciting especially at Montreal, Quebec City and Ottawa. Numerous times were allowed to use wash rooms. Due to hectic time schedule, one needs to eat quicker, walk faster and wake up early. Some bus passengers would cut you off but would not say sorry or excuse me -understandable because everyone is rushing to get off/in the bus. Overall-my group and I enjoyed! Great experience!!! A perfect tour for those who are looking to visit important attractions in Montreal and Quebec. We booked this tour because it includes Thousand islands as well and it is indeed worth. We went to so many cool places with experience Kumar as a driver and a trilingual tour guide Carrie. She explained everything clearly in 3 languages: English, Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese. She is also very patient. Highly recommended.
