  • All ticket prices listed above are for reference only (updated 2025). Actual ticket prices at the ticket window may be subject to change without notice. Company reserves the right to cancel attractions and adjust itineraries if bookings are unavailable due to closure or other factors.
  • For a single booking with 10 or more guests, we consider it a group and request at least 5 optional tours be chosen or pay CAD$60.00/guest price difference on the tour.
  • Some hotels require guests to check in with a credit card. Guests without a credit card will be denied check-in. Please be sure to bring your credit card. Thank you for your understanding.
  • A service fee of CAD 16 per person is charged for the tour guide and driver. This service fee covers the provision of professional services, including itinerary explanations, sightseeing, security management, hotel check-in, itinerary coordination and arrangements, and keeping the bus clean. This is not a tip from the guests. This service fee is mandatory for the tour unless the driver or tour guide violates or fails to perform their services.
  • Admission tickets bought through sellers other than us or City Pass are not applicable to our tours, otherwise surcharge $40 will apply. Guests who purchase tickets on their own cannot use the group or priority entry lane.
  • Credit card guarantee does not charge the fees, but pre-authorizes (temporarily locks) the corresponding amount as a guarantee for losses due to other consumption/unexpected circumstances. If you provide an international credit card, especially a credit card from China, the system does not show pre-authorization, but purchase behavior, please do not misunderstand. This is just a display record generated due to different national regulations. The hotel's deposit authorization will be released immediately when you leave. For international credit cards, it may take several weeks. It depends on the guest's bank regulations. Thank you for your understanding.
  • All entrance fees, optional tours and service fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Guests carrying only US dollars will pay the price at the rate decided by the local operator; therefore, we strongly encourage you to you bring Canadian dollars on the tour.
  • We only accept prepaid whole admission package, otherwise guest can pay on the bus.
  • Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • If, due to unforeseen circumstances, some meals in the itinerary cannot accommodate group dining, the tour guide will assist guests in arranging their own meals.
  • The age requirement for children's meal pricing is under 10 years old.
  • We reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary or order to facilitate the smooth running of each tour.
  • If the activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure or other reasons (non-personal reasons), the fee for the self-funded project will be refunded.
  • We recommend that group members purchase travel safety insurance and inconvenience/cancellation insurance at the departure place to avoid losses caused by illness and accidents during the journey and to ensure personal rights and interests. The company also provides travel insurance services, welcome to inquire.

  • You are responsible for obtaining and carrying any and all travel documents required to enter Canada, including valid photo ID, passport and visa. Please check with the relevant authorities for actual requirements.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
