This trip is excellent if you like nature and walking. Well organized small group tour works fine and its easy to move from place to place. We had a new minibus and trailer for luggage and for other equipment. We had picnic style lunches an..d dinners at campsites. Flexibility and teamwork needed with travel mates and the campsite facilities. Canada is beautiful and tour guides made this trip GREAT!Read full review
The communication at this company was terrrible. After we initially purchased our tickets, we received absolutely no more notification of what to do or where to meet. Not a week before our trip, or even the day of. When we didn’t find any..one who was supposed to be picking us up at the airport on time, we called the emergency number and a lady with a strong Chinese accent picked up on the other end but she didn’t understand me, I couldn’t understand her, and so she hung up on me after saying she didn’t know how to help me.
After receiving a strange call from a California number from a man with a strong Asian accent I couldn’t confidently understand, we were approached and hauled off to a bus that brought us to a hotel where we waited for 3 hours standing around before starting our trip.
On day 1, we did not see anything besides our hotel. Despite it appearing that we would start touring then and despite that we still had to pay a $9 service fee. On day 2, our itenerary stated we would see Lake Powell. We didn't even stop. For the Bryce National Canyon stop, we drove 5 hours from where we were (not including the lengthy bathroom stops because you can’t use the bathrooms on the bus) to make ONE stop at Bryce Canyon for LESS than 40 minutes.
We spent more time at Chinese buffets than at Bryce Canyon, Grand Teton, and Zion National Park combined! We went out of our way to get to some of these Chinese buffets, which resulted in more time waiting around on the bus, because the tour guide would get to eat free for bringing in a bus full of people.
Besides spending more time eating than at the actual destinations, we spent just as much time at bathrooms along the way. There is a bathroom on the tour bus but if it’s used it will make the entire bus smell like sewage. You would stop for a bathroom every 2 or 2 and 1/2 hours and EVERY female on the bus used the bathroom EVERY time so there would always be extensively long wait times for that reason. Our tour guide would specify a time to be back by the bus at and most travelers did not abide by that (and faced no consequences) and we waited for longer than expected or also, we sometimes had to wait because there were still people in line for the bathrooms since lines were so long.
Also, it may be important to note this specific tour was much more focused on Asian customers than American. My boyfriend and I were the ONLY non Asian people on the bus. There’s nothing wrong with that although, it did make us feel uncomfortable with some of the looks and reactions we got and we also felt left out when our tour guide would speak more in Chinese than English and failed to ensure we also knew what was going on. His English was not the most clear and there were multiple occasions we didn’t understand what we were supposed to be doing or what the money we were giving him was for.
Overall, if you’re looking to see a bunch of places for a very short amount of time, you don’t care about being in a bus for half the day, everyday, you love Chinese buffets, and you prefer your vacations to be a little more sketchy, this is a perfect trip for you. If not, I would suggest you look elsewhere for tour companies or even just pick a few destinations, spend however much time you want there, and be able to actually take in all the destinations for what they’re worth. Good luck.Read full review

I did a thorough research online on tours that headed to Mt.Rainer and this tour was the best deal I was able to find. It was pretty cheap only $95 ($50 +$45 which you have to pay in cash after boarding bus=$95 total) versus other tours tha..t started at $135. The tour guide was very nice and informative. The driver was very nice and even went out of his way to drop us off at the airport in order for me and my friend to catch our flight back home. I would recommend this tour for economic travellers.Read full review
Mt Rainier national park is beautiful, enjoyed it even in a foggy weather. However, I expected maybe at least some basic information about the park - the driver didnt say a word during the whole ,,tour" , even when i asked him if we need sn..owshoes he didnt know. Was very unpersonal tour, basically just driving in a bus and short 2 hours walk by ourselves - even for that one noone gave us information where to go, what is there to see etc. In total with entrance fee and the tip you will pay 95 usd, and for that price i would expect at least some little customer care.Read full review
Pros
-Engaging but not overbearing guide
-Smaller group meant less hassle
-Stop at Safeway before heading up the mountain was thoughtful
-Cheaper than other tours
Cons
-Second stop at Longmire was rushed and felt pointless
-Transpo..rtation was a minivan, a little cramped
-Paid $35/person for "park entrance" ($210 total for the car) when guide only paid $25 for the whole car at the entrance without telling the ranger it was a tour group
-Timing was awkward, we were at Paradise from 11:30 to 2, and there were 1-hour ranger snowshoe walks at 11 and 1:30, so we couldn't attend either oneRead full review
The driver was very nice and thoughtful. Trip was very fun until it starts to rain. I would recommend people choose summer to take this trip. Since it was raining, we did not have a chance to hiking in the mountain. Overall is was a worth t..rip.Read full review
It was good the trip and probably the cheapest option to get there, we spent more time in the van but once you get there you forget about everything else! I went with my mom and she got to see snow for the very first time, it was amazing!
I joined this tour with another girl and we enjoyed it a lot. After a few times taking bus tour, I can say that the bus is very new and clean. Tour guide was very informative and understand our need of using bathrooms and getting food. He a..lso provided a lot of information on the hiking trails at Mount Rainier to fit various age of people.
The view was amazing and breathtaking, we were given 3 hours to stay at the mountain where we can hike and enjoy the service center with some food services. The ride was great, decent and not too long, about 3-4 hours round trip. I would highly recommend my friends to take this tour who does not want to drive and want to learn more about the mountain.
Note: The tour fee does not include the mountain admission fee and the tour guide tips, luckily we got cash as we were not aware of the fee, but it is reasonable fee for the trip.Read full review
Bill, our tour guide, did a good job taking care of us. He was patient in explaining and repeating instructions when needed. George, our driver, has great driving skills and took great care in making sure our safety was his priority. These ..two fine gentlemen were both great throughout the trip.Read full review
