WOW, what a trip of a lifetime!
After discovering Intro Travel back in 2017 and booking their Bali Intro (which by the way was absolutely amazinggg) I was eager to book another Intro Tour.
The Sri Lanka experience was released a..nd it instantly caught my eye, just reading the itinerary got me excited to discover a new destination. Sri Lanka was a country I knew little about and booking my trip for December 2018 not many people I knew had travelled there.
Dave was my Intro Group Leader and I couldnt of wanted a better leader for this tour. Not only was Dave fully knowledgable of his role and of Sri Lanka, he was welcoming, friendly and funny and was so accommodating for everyone on tour giving them an experience of a lifetime. I was also super impressed at how he had only been in Sri Lanka a few months and had already picked up their local language and really immersed the group with the locals.
We were also accompanied by a local tour guide called Prasad who was an absolute legend. Hearing the stories of his life and home in Sri Lanka really gave that extra touch and really made the trip even more special.
Whats so great about Intro is not only do the tour leaders provide such great service, I now consider them great friends and would definitely recommend them over and over again.
Travelling Sri Lanka has definitely been a highlight of my travels so far and I will cherish the memories I made forever. As a solo traveller, I could not think of a better way or better company to explore new destinations with.
I cant wait to see what new tours Intro has to offer as I will definitely be booking another trip with them in the future.
Thanks Intro for being so amazing.

Our tour guide/driver Frank was great!! He kept us informed and stopped in between for resting time. The actual antelope tour was nice, but I feel that there should be more time in between each group, so that there’s more time to take in ..the experience and photos. The actual antelope tour felt a bit rushed. Although the tour guides were great.Read full review
Overprized!
hidden additional “service” fee is $95 per person and we were told about it on the tour day.
way better off to rent your own car. Safes money, you can make stops in between to take pictures at beautiful sites that arent par..t of the tour, and you wouldnt get rushed with things.Read full review

The bus was very late. The restroom in te bus was broken and super stincky. It was a desaster. The lunch was just half subway sandwich, which was cheaper if I bought it in the samw shop, so I think they were trying to ger money from me, I f..elt stolen. (Sorry about my English, hope you understand it) Do not take this tour.Read full review

Highly recommended! I just wished the website would show a real time availability. However the CS team handled it well, they offered us another tour which was the Lower Antelope Canyon (we initially booked the Upper one). It was still mindb..lowing! One of the best places i've ever been to. Might be difficult for people with walking problems as there were a lot of stair climbing. And also, for our lunch break, we felt like the tour guide kinda "forced" us to eat at the buffet restaurant and he told us that there wont be any other restaurants there. Luckily we looked at google map first and saw fast food chain nearby. So we just went there instead and spent only half the buffet amount.Read full review
Amazing trip to National Parks (Yellowstone & Grand Teton) in Montana/Wyoming! Each day, the guide made it possible to explore tens of incredible places in addition to the standard touristic spots, not forgetting to enjoy untouched flora an..d fauna and to spot wild animals. Camping was comfortable, a large variety of fresh food was proposed for breakfast/lunch/dinner, sleeping bags kept warm even on relatively cold nights, driving was not exhausting due to many stops and the transport was suited well for a group of 12.Read full review
