The hotels were extremely poor. I understand your need to save costs, but even with that, some research in hotel selections by your agency is warranted. In each hotel we were given twin beds instead of queen bed. Most of them did not even h..ave a kettle. Travelling in a cold climate, I wanted to drink warm water and it did not make sense to go down to reception asking again n again. They were far from main cities with limited food options. At the Campanile Bobigny, the staff did not even allow us to take empty plates to our room. That is simply disgusting customer service. In Lucerne, we were given only 1.5 hours leisure time after travelling for 9 hours. How is that logical? The hotel should have been nearby so that we could have travelled on our own later at night. The cities were so beautiful but your choice of hotels spoiled the entire trip. It is unlikely that I will recommend this particular trip to friends. In case you have better trip with good accommodations, please do advise and I will consider again.Read full review
The local travel agent was Explore Catalunya. Everything was good, including a friendly and efficient tour guide (Gloria) and driver (Marcelo), efficient registration, good transport.
The only thing is to please give more time to explore P..als. After 20 minute tour guide briefing, we only had 40 minutes left, and it's not enough to explore this beautiful ancient village. Increase the tour length by half hour.Read full review

The good points: All the Europamundo tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable and passionate. The accommodation was a good standard, with efficient check-in and decent breakfasts. Big comfortable bus.
The bad points: The tour itinerary inc..luded a day in Madrid when all shops and museums were closed (New Year's Day), and a "scenic" train trip up to Montserrat in the dark (like viewing the Mona Lisa with the lights off). Knowing these closures and the short winter days, they really should have amended the itinerary, or given us fair warning. The views from Monserrat was why we chose this trip, and we didn't get it. And it was sad hearing about these great museums, knowing we had no chance to visit them.Read full review

tour guide was very good but with too much information, it’s like an educational tour for students, more time should be given to people to explore the place themselves and have some more free time.
