My wife and I booked this tour not knowing what to expect. The hotels were excellent. The itinerary was good. Our rep Evan was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour.
Nicely organised but know that you will spend most of the time in the bus. The guide was really nice but the organisation was not optimum. The hotel was good as well as restaurants. The bus broke down and it was fixed efficiently. The visit..s are briefs. All in all nice tour if you don't mind watching the region go by.Read full review
Well planned for good coverage of the main east coast attractions. Professional tour conductor Mani has knowledge beyond his scope and will go the extra mile for his guests throughout the trip.
Highly recommend this tour for people who h..ave limited time and want to make the best of their time on the east coast.Read full review
Nice tour to cover all major attractions in a short time span.
Just be aware that even though the basic cost is low, be prepared to spend $ 80-100 for entry fees etc.
Special shout out to tour guide Rebecca took extra effort to ensu..re comfortable and joyful time for everyone. She actively shared many interesting facts about places in both English and Chinese languages. Rebecca also politely and skillfully handeled all passengers concerns.
Bus quality can be improved. But I guess you can't ask for more in the amount you pay.Read full review
Zoe was a very nice, helpful, and overwhelmingly friendly tour guide. She shared a lot of interesting information about the different places that even the local-destination tour guide did not mention. I felt really welcomed and happy duri..ng this though short but absolutely wonderful tour!Read full review

Me and my husband had a great time during our tour. We had a nice group and our tour guide Shentong was also very nice. It was tiring for him since he has to speak 2 languages. Mandarin and English since some of us don’t understand mandar..in.Read full review
The cost: at first it seems to be cheap knowing its only $108/pax + $10/day for the tour guide fee. The tour guide is not guiding the tour. He’s guiding the people to be in their seat and make sure everyone is on board. He sets time of bo..arding and got mad at other nationalities for being 4 minutes late, but didnt say nothing to those chinese people being 25 minutes late. He doesnt reimburse our money for the unised service. We decided to pay for the extra $102 for harvard & yale tour, boston harbor cruise and the lobster dinner during the 1st day. The next day it was raining so I asked him if we can just cancel the harbor cruise, he said he cant reimburse coz he already bought the tickets for the cruise. But that was the time we didnt even get to the port yet. Overall, im unhappy with the service. We dont mind paying if we had a great time. We didnt get what we paid for.Read full review
