Tour guide was an expert professional. But we had onlly one regret of missing the aurora; Had the tour guide gave us a hint, it would have been a cherry on the ice-cream. Considering the price, the hotels could have been better. However the hotel staff helped us with microwave oven when needed. Overall it was a life-time experience and we enjoyed scenic, nature beauty of Banff and Jasper.”

The bus was a bit outdated as there was no outlet for charging but it was comfortable enough for a short ride. We saw a few gators and native birds. The airboat tour was before noon, so it was not that hot. We enjoyed the Cruise tour too. The tour guide was knowledgeable but the microphone was too loud.
