The itinerary was designed to include many places in short duration which caused us to stay less than 12 hours in all hotels but I think that is justified in a way given that the amount to pay is also optimum. Among the hotels we stayed, on..ly the Ramada Inn in Gillette was not good (dirty room, noisy AC, pathetic customer service) but other places were more or less great or okay (can't complain). Our guide Paul was a good and friendly person. Driver Peter was also a good person. Only thing is we could not see one attraction (Temple Square) in Salt Lake City as some work was going on there. Instead of that Paul showed us Dead Horse State Point park which was a great place. He took $15 from each person to show this place. Personally I felt that this could have been waived off/reduced since we could not see an included attraction. Other than this, everything else was good.Read full review
This trip was fun and our tour guide, Vicky was awesome. She spoke both English and Chinese, was knowledgeable about the areas we visited and was very helpful, considerate and kind. We got the Martha’s Vineyard Island tour which was infor..mative and we got to go around the Island, got down at the Gayhead light house, and came back to oak bluffs. We got about 3 hours to ourselves to go around the Island and do our stuff. I went to see the Island Alpacas using local bus. It was easy to get around. Even Uber services are pretty quick.Read full review

No wifi in the bus. Travelling long distance without wifi is boring specially when you are in the bus for about 5-6 hours a day. There was a toilet in the bus but not allowed to use it. We had to wait for regular rest stops to use toilet. O..n average 13 hours spent at hotels. They were good but in isolated places. When you get to a hotel no way to get out. Only 5-6 hours allowed for tours including lunch. One day it was limited to 1.5 hours. Only after I booked the tour, No time to vist Alhambra palace which is one of main attractions in Spain. Last moment we were asked to join a combined tour group of Chinese and we were the only English speaking travelers. It was somewhat boring trip. I recommend to have about two weeks for this trip then there will be at least one day for sight-seen at a one location.Read full review
Took this tour wife my wife and a friend from out of town. Check in was efficient and the bus was okay. Our tour guide, Chloe, was the highlight of the tour. She was very knowledgeable in her explanation of the sites and even educated us on.. a few of the destinations. She was also very accommodating and concerned about her guests and that she made sure we were all satisfied. I would definitely book this tour again hoping to get Chloe as our guide once more.. Great Job Chloe Long!!! Read full review
We enjoyed the tour because after a guided tour, we were given adequate time to explore the place by ourselves. Also, Mano our tour leader, was very helpful and gave an excellent narration of the history and other important information abou..t the places that we visited. The schedule was not very hectic or tiring too.
We would like to go on another tour in the future, as well as recommend this particular tour to our friends too.Read full review
Loved the small tour. It was almost like having a private chauffer. We were a little apprehensive at first since were almost the only English- only speaking passengers. However, your guide was great. He made us feel welcome right from th..e beginning and watched out for us during the whole tour. We had a special hotel upgrade which was also handled well. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.Read full review
