Anthony was a great tour guide and he really made the tour enjoyable from start to finish. And his sense of humor cannot be measured. He provides advise on how to manage your time between the stops. He is very tuned in to what he passanger..s think and he will even throw some really good suggestions your way if you ask him. I had been scared off tours because they just seem so mundane but this tour renewed my interest. I did not quite understand the pace of the tour at first but at the end of the day, I appreciated just how well planned it was. Note: keep the Mayo vineyard on the tour... it was one on the best stops in wine country.Read full review
Gino was great! Shared with us lots of stories about the places we pass along the way. He also make sure we get to all the nice point for the yosemite tour. Managed to take alot of nice pictures. Only downside was the people who was in the ..group together. Few of them did not came back on time and delayed the tour. But we were given extra time to compensate. While we cannot chose who we travel with, the tour and yosemite was great!Read full review
Denise was an amazing tour guide, her enthusiasm for Yosemite and San Francisco made the day so enjoyable. This tour was really a highlight of our 3 week holiday, I highly recommend it.
Went on a tour of Muir Woods in the morning and a city of San Francisco tour in the afternoon. Muir Woods is amazing. The tour of the city was comprehensive. Both tours ran on time well and were well managed. Constantine was a great per..sonality for a guide.Read full review
The price of the tour was extremely reasonable. That being said, the only major concern I had with the tour was that although the hotels were nicer than expected, they were almost always about 30 minutes away from the city in a deserted are..a. This was difficult because the bus usually drops you off around 7pm and therefore I struggled with finding a place to have dinner and to be able to enjoy the night life. The tour managers are truly just managers. Don't expect them to give details about the cities and monuments you are going to see; they simply walk you to the locations. I think that if they want to improve their service these managers can become more well versed in the history of some of the things so they can explain things. I also feel that one of the tour leaders would focus on giving his opinion about the Catholic Church and so on, that it was totally unnecessary. They don't speak really good English but you can understand for the most part. Other than that, I would say that it was totally worth it for the price I paid. Everything was beautiful. I felt that we had enough free time in each of the cities and were able to see everything that was described in the itinerary. The coach bus was comfortable and we had adequate air conditioner and movies were played during long rides and stops are made every two hours for bathroom breaks. Make sure to take into consideration the tip for the tour manager and city taxes plus other excursions you may want to take, we took most optional activities except the lunches and they were worth it. I would definitely take another tour due to the reasonable price.Read full review
This is a great tour to visit so many countries in a short time. European countries are next to each other so we don't have to seat in the bus for a long time to get to next country. Tour guys are great and very helpful.
