I have rated 3 stars because the itinerary which they covered could be covered in 3 days instead of 4 days they wasted much of time travelling to and from Calgary in that time we would have covered more places and clarionhotel was below sta..ndard
But the tour guides were nice they were right on time each day no problem with the guides.whatever they have told to delivered they delivered on the first day also they were on time to take usRead full review
Great trip and the Rockies/Banff are amazing. We were explicitly and unnecessarily told to print the eticket which wasn't possible while travelling and although I was told on query just to have it on my phone no one ever asked as they had a.. list of attendees! The gondola was 'optional' and I elected not to do it due to the weather - being told there was a hot spring next door so I could bring a swimsuit would have been useful!Read full review
Excellent tour for day trip, breathtaking sights, tour guide knowledgeable about area and the region, very glad we did this tour it’s a full day of touring but worth it.
Bilingual translation is excellent needs to be inclusive with all.. passengers, noticed a drop off very early in the day and tips expectedRead full review
The guide was very nice but could barely speak English. I couldn't understand what was said half the time. There is also a hidden $9 per person mandatory "tip" that is demanded of you in cash at the end of the tour. You have to really read ..the terms and conditions to find that out. My boyfriend did not have cash on him so they dropped us off at a bank that had a 3$ fee to take money out. When we gave the guy a 20 and asked for change he pretended to not have any. When further pushed he magically came across some in his pocket. Overall, we paid for the tour plus $21 in tips and could barely understand the tour. Not impressed.Read full review

The first tour of Calgary city was just a tour of the library and a music museum so for me it was not a tour of Calgary. The tour operator was great. It would have been better to know the intinary in advance to make a decision to go or not ..or at least to be able to be dropped of in Calgary then meet back in 3 hrs. Where my accommodation was in Calgary it meant a lot of early days and late nights I felt I was on the. Coach longer than I,was off it. Reticulous when every one else stayed where the tour was I then had a 2hr drive back to the hotel which was no where near any where you could go to eat.The hotel I was in at Banf was an inn not a hotel and it was old fashioned and tired and the breakfast room was not attached to,the inn also there was no lift. I just couldn't get up,the stairs with my case I had to ask for a room change on the ground floor which they could not do. It was resolved by them taking my case to my room and in the morning bringing it back down. Other than the tour of Calgary the rest of the tour content was good.Read full review
