Great place to visit but be aware that you are told to arrive 1h 30 Mins before the tour is due not 1 hour as listed, there is nothing else to do there so you will have to sit it out.
The additional cost was $8 each not $2 as in the tours f..or fun description, when questioned said that's the cost you HAVE to pay! This was being operated by two young guys who were more interested in playing with their phones then helping customers.
The waiting area is hot as it just a few bench's under a tent roof so be prepared.
No bags are allowed (even bum bags!!) so pack all your valuables in your pockets. Car park is open parking and I didn't see any CCTV so be careful.
Selfie sticks have also been banned which wasn't listed in the Tours 4 Fun info however I did see professional photographers with Tripods.
The tours are operated in groups of 10-20 people all being moved through the canyon within a couple of mins with each other. Its pretty busy but can still get some good pictures.
I would recommend the midday viewing as this makes the colours move vivid and can be apricated more.
Tour guide Tony was excellent and took the time to help with pictures/settings to ensure you got the most out of the experience.
Overall its badly managed and communicated but worth seeing.Read full review
We had a fantastic guide. She had a lot of background information for us and showed us where the best spots were for our pictures. She even helped us take some of the pictures.
Andy is super good, good arrangement, good service, good knowledge, good time controlled, good language, the trip is excellent most of the reason is Andy!!!! Thanks Andy~

The only think I do not understand is why they forced us to go to the site one hour and half before the starting time. The gate was still closed and they showed up only 30 minutes before the tour. Ridicolous!!
It’s a very bad experience i had.
1. The transportation company contracted to your company is the wurst that i experience.
U TOUR is the name.
A. They don’t have a compassion to the passenger . The bus broke down they don’t have a ..alternative plan that make the passenger comfortable. and they make us wait 3 hours in hot summer weather, Then they transported us to Antelope Canyon using a mini bus with very poor air condition system. Imagine 31/2 hours drive sweating inside the bus. And the driver name IRENE is very rude.
B. The tour guide name HENRY of U TOUR dont have compassion to the passenger. He don’t give enough information what to expect in the location we are visiting. He did not informed us that we need to bring extra water because there is no source of water out there. I know that it’s our responsibility, but let us know what to expect so we can buy enough supply from our last stop. After they drop us in HORSE BEND, HENRY told us that they will be waiting in the parking lot. After we finished our hiking, they are not there in the parking lot and we need a place to stay to avoid the heat of the sun but they are not there.
C. Regarding your company TOURS4FUN trying to call the provided number ON MY INVOICE BUT I CANT CONNECT AND I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL BACK. It’s easy to reserved but after that everything is a BIG MESS.
I KNOW TO MYSELF THAT I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. May our lord GOD help your company and your contracted company so it will not happen to other people who want to enjoy their vacation.Read full review
