100% It was our first time to visit Japan

It was our first time to visit Japan and it did not disappoint. Yeliz, was great before and during our trip. All of the hotels were wonderful and our guides were super friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. We had a 10 day trip that included.. multiple cities and lots of different sights, we squeezed in as much as we could, including a hiking trip to Mt. Fuji (our guide Sun Nan was awesome!). Our guide in Tokyo, Jennifer, was lovely and our guide for 2 days in Kyoto, Dennis, was also super great. We did a food tour in Osaka with Vivian which was nice, but I think we maybe expected a little bit more? Overall, great experience, a little bit of confusion as far as how we were to receive tickets for the trains and some of our excursions, but luckily we could communicate via WhatsApp and get everything straightened out very quickly. I would recommend the tour to others for sure!Read full review

100% Spring in Japan

We booked a 10 day tour of Japan and had a great time. Alisa spent a good amount of time helping to customize our adventures and answering my numerous questions. Spring in Japan was a gorgeous experience. Leaves changing colors, sunny days ..and cool nights. The local tour guides in each city were so friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of us like we were family. The accommodations and meals were exceptional. We would definitely use this tour company again for future travel needs.Read full review

100% Trip to Japan

Family trip to Japan. Excellent itinerary, allowed for seeing many different sights in multiple cities in Japan. The tour was well-paced with enough time to explore on our own in the evenings. Tour guides were knowledgeable, had great attit..udes and were accommodating, willing to modify our plans to allow us to see other sights if we wanted to as well. The vans were large and comfortable for the longer drives and water was always provided. Sharon was great as helping us coordinate the trip and also stayed in communication with us throughout the trip to ensure everything was going well. Overall excellent trip!Read full review
I booked it 45 days prior and their website states free cancel if more than 30 days. In tiny print it says see SPECIAL NOTES. They put that on another page that nobody reads and it says cancellation fees if less than 60 days. Confusing Ba..sically I couldn’t cancel and once reserved you’re stuck. Also don’t go on Artic Circle Tour. It’s super dangerous icy roads for 12 hrs for just a sign. I went and it was horrible. Boring scenery. Also it states in English but the driver spoke only Chinese because everyone in my group was Chinese except for me.Read full review
My recent tour was absolutely amazing. I've got contacted before the first day and explained where I'll be picked up and what to expect. The Borealis Basecamp staff were very supportive. We've got a wake up call at the sign of Northern Ligh..ts and were able to observe it from the comfort of our own beds. The dogs sled ride was very interesting and there were so many more activities available at the camp.Read full review

Brian Montgomery was the best tour guide ever!!! I would love to book another tour with him and not my other tour guide. The drivers need to relax more and stop driving aggressively

Coaches and guides were good but some water should be provided
on board also drinks holders at the seats.
Hotels were fine but some early starts were unnecessary in our opinion it is a holiday not an army trip !
Ricky made the trip. Snowy weather and only a brief view of the sky could have been the recipe for disaster but Ricky's personality and info took care of any problems.
It had been a very long but exciting experience. I have learned what Solstice really meant. For nearly 60 years, it was just taking the starchballs and add 1 year to your age. LOL

It was a very interesting trip, beautiful scenery. We were very happy to see beautiful sky , stars and northern light . The tour guide is very good, he made several stops to spot the northern light .
