Gigi was awesome in making our tour a very good success she was very knowledgeable About the tour and due to the rain she still gave us a great tour thanks Gigi for caring so Much That our tour was a success in the RAIN Lynn

Tour guide was unorganized. We sat on the bus for OVER an hour in the middle of no where when they handed us bagged lunches. She talked more about herself than the canyon. Tour guide propositioned us to pay her additional money for a to..ur once there. Instead of having pre ordered tickets ready for us we had to wait another 25 minutes for her to hand out tickets. She didn’t explain anything about the shuttles at the canyon and didn’t provide us with the free maps!! The drive to the canyon was an unnecessary 5 hours! Read full review

Wasn’t given out skywalk tickets so had to pay again, we were refunded but this took time and did not get to see much because of not having the tickets and not being able to get in touch with our guide,so we paid again did get the money b..ack but because of this we didn’t get to see much and spent a lot of money for this tour Read full review
