Dear Ahamed, To place your order for a reservation online, simply select "book now" then your desired tour start date and the number of rooms you need/ travelers you are booking for on the upper right section of the tour information page, and then click on "BOOK NOW". (Reservation orders are subject to confirmation within 2 business days) Please be sure to read through the tour itinerary including "pricing" and "special notes" section before placing your order. 1. Immediately after submitting your reservation, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email. Please review the details to make sure all the details such as name, tour code, date, etc are correct 2. Within one to two business days after submitting your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If there is any additional information that is needed, we will ask you for it at that time, i.e. flight information, hotel extension, etc. 3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email two or three days or sooner before your departure date, providing you with all the detailed information about your tour. Contact information for the local tour provider will be included on the E-Ticket for your convenience and reconfirmation purposes. 4. If you do not have your preferred hotel, we offer pick-up service at 7-Eleven ( 891 Airway Blvd, Livermore, CA 94551) at 7:20am and you can input "7:20am 7-Eleven: 891 Airway Blvd, Livermore, CA 94551" when booking. 2. The pick-up time is from 5:50am and 7:00am. Please arrive at the pick-up location 10-15 minutes prior to the requested pick-up time.
