Q: I plan to get a tour san francisco to la tour code 1093-20181 is it possible to book on dec22 to 30 san francisco to la. But we will be arriving on dec21 may we know the hotel at la so that we can book there on dec 21? Also may we know the hotel at la because we will be leaving jan1 so we need to extend our stay. Q: Hi I have an enquiry regarding the 12-Day Classic Spain Tour W/ Lisbon. The website does not have any information on what the price of the package includes and excludes. It does not specify the terms and conditions either. I will like to know what the package includes i.e. accommodation (how many stars), transportation (what kind of vehicle), tour guide (are the guides English-speaking), food. Q: For this 7 day trip I have the following questions: What is the excess luggage fee mentioned in terms and conditions? What dimensions/weight constitutes excess luggage and what is the fee? Is the LA night tour mandatory? Is the LV tours mandatory? Your notes say the trip can be ended after 17 miles which is Day 5, but can we finish on Day 6 ? On Day 6 your notes list a mandatory fee for SF and list Madam Tussauds/ SF Dungeon. The header on Day 6 lists the Exploratorium as well. How does Day 6 work, what is included and what is the choice of options? ie if we paid the $50 mandatory fee for SF would we be able to specify which of these we want to do? You are able to self-dismiss from the tour on Day 5, but you will not be able to continue the tour on the following days. If you will be leaving the tour early, please make sure to leave us a note in the "Reservation Request" box that way we are aware.
