Q: Hi I have an enquiry regarding the 12-Day Classic Spain Tour W/ Lisbon. The website does not have any information on what the price of the package includes and excludes. It does not specify the terms and conditions either. I will like to know what the package includes i.e. accommodation (how many stars), transportation (what kind of vehicle), tour guide (are the guides English-speaking), food. Also, I will like to know if there are any additional charges outside of the package price i.e. tour guide fee, fuel surcharge, entry fees etc.

Q: For this 7 day trip I have the following questions: What is the excess luggage fee mentioned in terms and conditions? What dimensions/weight constitutes excess luggage and what is the fee? Is the LA night tour mandatory? Is the LV tours mandatory? Your notes say the trip can be ended after 17 miles which is Day 5, but can we finish on Day 6 ? On Day 6 your notes list a mandatory fee for SF and list Madam Tussauds/ SF Dungeon. The header on Day 6 lists the Exploratorium as well. How does Day 6 work, what is included and what is the choice of options? ie if we paid the $50 mandatory fee for SF would we be able to specify which of these we want to do? 2018-10-17 21:34:51 Dear Niki Miller, You are able to bring one large luggage (50 lbs), and one carry-on. The Las Vegas night tour is optional, it is not mandatory. There won't be a Los Angeles tour. You are able to self-dismiss from the tour on Day 5, but you will not be able to continue the tour on the following days. If you will be leaving the tour early, please make sure to leave us a note in the "Reservation Request" box that way we are aware. For Day 6, there will be a mandatory fee for San Francisco and this includes Madame Tussauds/San Francisco Dungeon/ 17 Miles/Yosemite National Park admission. The hotel for Day 6 may be in Modesto.
