We will have the tour guide's information one day before the departure date and you can contact them for further information on the time.

We saw your offer on the bus tour to the Grand Canyon and we’re really interested. But it’s kind of spontaneous because the only possible date to do it would be tomorrow. Unfortunately I read that it takes one to two business days to get the confirmation and that we have to print it out which wouldn’t work for us.
Can we still book the tour for tomorrow and just show the receipt on the phone or is that not possible?

The Maid of the Mist attraction is usually available late April, early May.
We do not haev the exact date as this depends on the weather, therefore it is not guaranteed to be operating in April.
If it's not available, it will be substituted by Scenic Tunnels behind the Canadian Falls..

My wife and her mother are looking to do the 9-Day US Central South Full Experience Tour: New Orleans, St. Louis and Chattanooga, leaving on June 12, 2019.
They will be flying into O'Hare the previous evening, about 8pm (June 11th) from the U.K.
Can you organise airport pick-up that day and add an extra night at the same hotel for the tour?

This tour doesn't have an option for you to pay extra for your seats. In order to encourage passengers to meet each other and to ensure equal and fair seating for all, our motor coach tour seats will be assigned first come-first served.

Our tour coaches are not usually equipped with a wheelchair lift or ramps. If the person with a disability can walk up and down the bus stairs and the wheelchair can be folded and stored in the bus trunk, there should not be any problem for the individual to join the tour.
We will try to arrange for him/her to be seated in the front of the bus. Please inform us of your requirement to bring a wheelchair by including a note in the reservation request section when placing your order online.

If we would like to book this tour but the first night we have our place to stay in Hilo ,can we replace the hotel of the first night in Hilo to the last night in Honolulu instead. So we can spend one more day in Honolulu.

Your request is not possible as you will be staying your first night in Hilo. You may want to book your pre-hotel in Hilo as well so you will not be transferring hotels from pre-hotel to your first night hotel.
