This tour usually takes 12-13 hours as the tour starts at Cancun 07:10AM and Playa del Carmen at 07:50AM and the tour ends approximately 7:00PM-8:00PM. Also, there is a round trip transportation from the comfort of your hotel.  Hi, We have 9 ppl in a group and interested to the 5days tour (Tour Code 4665-471012) that start and end at Calgary. We planned to arrive Calgory on24 May 2019. There are few things we like to ask: - 1) Are the still vacancy for us to join the tour on 24 May or 26 May? 2) If we join the tour on 26 May, can you still arrange an airport pick up from airport to hotel on 24 May? 3) Some of us the flight will arrive airport at 9:30pm, still able to have the airport pick up for us? 4) Will there be extra discount for us 9 ppl a big group to join together? 5) When the latest we need to do the reservation and pay the total fee? Dear Grace, Thank you for your inquiry at Tours4Fun. You can still book the tour for May 24 or 26, 2019. The airport transfer is not guaranteed if you get an accommodation before the tour starts. We will have to check it from the local office. Airport pick-up: - Domestic and International: pick-up time is from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM every 2 hours(10:00 AM/12:00 PM/2:00 PM/4:00 PM/6:00 PM/8:00 PM/10:00 PM) at Information Center Exit 7. We only have the discount available for groups of 10 or more. You can book anytime as long as it still shows available online. We need to get the total amount before we can start processing. We do have limited seats available on certain dates. We suggest you make your reservation now to secure your space on your desired departure date.  We will be on a Celebrity cruise in Tauranga on March 30th. We will be staying there overnight. However, the ship is scheduled to arrive at 8:00pm on March 30. Would It be possible to start this tour later after the ship arrival, so we can join this tour? So far only two people are interested but if it is needed, I can see if there is more interest on my Roll Call. Thank you. Lana
