Q: We have a new member of our society who needs to use a motorised disability scooter. She would very much like to come on our forthcoming trip to Hampton Court ( April 17th ). Her scooter is small enough to fold down and fit under the coach. Are there facilities in the Palace for her to be able to use it to get about- lifts, ramps etc. I would be grateful for an answer to my question before we have our next society meeting on Friday March 15th.
