You can choose money order or wire transfer as payment option. Once we confirm your tour within one to two business days after you book the tour, you can send the funds over. Q: I was wondering is day 1 just the pickup at the airport and go to the hotel so we dont have to be there at any certain time except before 10pm right. Also, on day 5 about what time does the tour that day end? Is there an option of like just doing site seeing on your own and then getting a ride to the airport by yall or are we required to leave right after the tour? Also after we buy our tickets from yall for the tour and our airline tickets, how do we tell yall what time our flights are and everything do we need to contact you guys with that information once we find out? 2007-05-26 13:42:11 Yes, you can self-transfer into hotel any time you want on the first day. Hotel is located by EWR airport, 14 miles from Midtown, Manhattan. If you need airport transfer, it is offered 9:00am to 10:00pm. On the last day, you can stay at Niagara Falls at your leisure and make arrangement on your own after the tour. After you book the tour, we will confirm it with you within one to two business days. Then we will notify you what information is needed, like flight information. 2007-05-24 20:46:23 Sorry, we do not drop off customer back to Tropicana Hotel on last day. You need to take bus or taxi from Stratosphere hotel to Airport or Tropicana hotel by you own. ( Bus fee about $2 per person, Taxi fee about $12-$15). Also you can check in with our gruop by the hotel lobby on first day afternoon, which mean that you can take taxi to Stratosphere hotel from airport. Q: 3 Days Washington D.C., Philadelphia,and Niagara Falls I and my friends (total 7 persons) will stay in New York betwen november 3 and 9. In november 11 we need to stay in Orlando, FL. We want to stay in Buffalo, where we will take a flight for Orlando. That is possible? If will be possible, where place the bus will be able to leave us? 2. On the morning of the last day, guests will visit Niagara Falls and the tour coach will be on the way back to NYC afterwards. Therefore, you will need to take a taxi back to hotel or to the airport.
