Hi, I'm interested in doing this tour in August. The depature says that it starts and end in Las Vegas but at the bottom of the tour explanation it says that the tour ends in Los Angeles with drive to the airport. I don't really know now where it ends. Las Vegas or Los Angeles?? Thanks in advance for answering the question.

Dear Customer, This tour starts from Los Angeles, but you can join our tour from Las Vegas too. At 8:00 am on the first day, tour coach bus departs from Los Angeles and reaches Las Vegas at around 3:00pm-3:30pm and picks up customers from lobby of Tropicana Hotel. After Grand Canyon West Rim and Las Vegas, tour will travel back to Los Angeles and finish with the rest of the attractions and tour will be ended with transfer to LAX on the last day. Q:
We have requested our travel agent to book us on this tour dated 12 Apr '08. We are 04 pax from South India. We are pure vegetarians. I see in earlir answers that food options are avl. for us. Can you tell us roughly how much a meal would cost per person? Where is B/fast organised - at the hotel where we stay overnight or outside ? Are any of these hotel rooms equipped with a microwave, so that we can cook up some food n our own? OUr agent tells us that the transfer from Boston to Newyork airport after the tour will have to be arranged by us at an extra cost. Is that so? since your itinerary mentions otherwise. Also, is the maid of the mist likely to operate on these dates?

Hi Preeti, food stops are usually arranged at food court, Asian food restaurants or fast food restaurants. Therefore, you should be able to order vegetarian food. Microwave will not be available in hotel rooms. You may bring some vegetarian food which does not require cooking on your own. Maid of the Mist is usually operated at the end of April or early May depending on weather. We do not have a certain date for this year yet. 6 Days East Coast Deluxe Tour Package includes transfer from Boston to New York on the last day. You may choose to be dropped off at one of the airports (EWR, JFK,LGA) or Chinatown, Manhattan. Thank you for your inquiry. -B.A. Customer Service Team www.tours4fun.com

Hello, Archa, we have indian tourists all the time, the tour bus will take guests to food courts and restaurants for their meals, you need to let the tour guide know about your special needs when you are on the tour so that he can be aware of this. V.L.-Customer Service Team-www.tours4fun.com

Q:
Greetings My name is Oscar Fuentes, i’ve been researching about tours for me and two friends and we think your tours looks very nice but we have some doubts First of all we would like to know what does exactly this tour includes and if we have to pay something else besides the hotels and the bus and stuffs. Another thing is tha we have a lot of baggage is there any problem with that? What is the limit of suitcase per person and stuff? About the hotels, how many stars are these hotels, and do you have detailed information about them?? We would like to know where are we staying before we go and the last thing, about the reservation how does exactly works?? We pay the entire tour right away, or is it when we actually do the tour? and finally, do you have vacancies for march 8th? I hope you can answer all my question. Thank You. Oscar Fuentes.

Hello, Oscar, the things that are not included in the tour price are listed on Package Excludes Section on the tour detail page. The tour coach has a seperate lugguage compartment, 2 luggages and 1 carryon per person are ok. Hotels contracted for this tour are very well-known 4 star hotels, you can check online by searching the hotel name for details. You book the tour online by your credit card/debit card, we won't charge you til the tour is completely confirmed. The tour is available on 3/8/08 at this time. Thanks for your inquiry. Q:
We are hoping to come on this tour - which ends in Niagara Falls/Buffalo. If I book a flight that leaves Buffalo Airport at 2:10 pm - will that allow us enough time to check-in for the flight? Thank you. Diana

We will drop off all the customer back to Airport around 11:30am. So your flight is 2:30pm, that would be no problem to join this tour. Thanks for your inquiry. Allen W. Customer Service Team www.tours4fun.com
