Q: Hi , we will need 1 night extra on 25/6 in Empire Landmark, before boarding our cruise on Saturday. After bk we will start ur tour on Saturday 3-7. Pls quote 1 night on quad sharing basis. Besides , on Saturday we will chk in ourselves in the hotel which is part of this tour, so whom do we line up for checking in and also where do we meet the tour manager on day 2, Sunday-4/7? 2010-03-19 11:24:59 Hi Jain: Regretfully, we will not be able to assist you with booking a room at the Empire Landmark for the night of 06/25/2010. Should you decide to arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel booked for your first night on tour, all the information on the hotel including the address and phone number will be inlcuded in your e-tickets to facilitate your arrival to the hotel. You may want to do an earlier departure for the tour, then extend a few days after the tour to ensure that you make you cruise departure on time. Q: Hi, I was wondering myself and my friend will already be in the Boston Area over the summer. Can we meet the guide at the hotel rather than the airport? Also how late can we book the tours because we will be working over the summer we were hoping to book online a couple of weeks before the tour started; is this ok? 2010-03-19 06:46:11 Hi Susan: If you will already be in New York City a few days before the tour starts, you have the option of still arranging for a pickup out of JFK, LGA or EWR anytime between 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, or you can simply arange your own transportation to get to the hotel booked for the first night, which is usually located right around EWR airport. Try to make your reservation at least 2 weeks prior to departure, as the seats do start to sell out that close to the tour start date. You can get future discounts from points earned from previous bookings, but please bear in mind that the points earned only become applicable for future discounts after the tours the points have been earned from have been taken and completed. You may inform us of your departure date, and then we can give you a fixed itinerary. When in SF, we have arranged a city tour for you, and if you have any special request, you may consult your tour guide when on the tour.
