The tour currently departs every Saturday and Wednesday until October 27, where the it will be reduced to Saturday departures only. Q: We're interested in 7-Day Rushmore and Yellowstone Bus tour on June 30, 2010. Since we depart from the East Coast, we plan to arrive in Denver a night before, would you help us book the hotel? (We'll also stay an extra night at the end of the tour). If I arrive in Denver in the afternoon on June 29, how can we get to the hotel? Is there a free shuttle running between the airport and hotel? 2010-04-14 14:02:48 Hi Jiachi: We can usually add on pre and post tour extensions at the Red Lion Denver Central. The hotel offers free shuttle service and the additional price per room per night is at $99.00. By booking a pre tour extensions, you would simply have to take a shuttle back to the airport to meet up with the group. The full amount needs to be pre paid before we can hold any seats for the tour for you. Thank you for your inquiry. Q: Hello, We (me and my wife) plan to take this trip on Apr 20th 2010 (i.e. next Tuesday). However, the "Special Note" says "Tour requires a minimum number of passengers to operate, so you may reconfirm your order prior to you departure date during low season (Oct to April)."
