Dear Tours4fun,
Greetings!
I am a travel agent here in the Philippines. I have clients visiting Sydney this coming July 05-10, 2019. They have hotel accommodation already at the Fraser Suites at Kent Street. Before booking there tours, i would like to confirm if their hotel location is on your list of the pick up/drop off hotel services. As they are first time to visit Australia. They wanted to have tours for . Full day Sydney city tour. 2. Full day Canberra city tour. 3. Blue Mountains with Wlidlife Featherlife Park.
Pls adv us asap.
Thank you.
Dear Imelda,
Thanks for getting in contact, I verified the information you gave to me and on the in all tours the hotel is not listed as a pick up location, but in all of them we can set up the best convenient pick up location directly to our local provider.
Please let us know if we can provide you further help.
Best Regards,
Albert

Dear Jose,
We strongly recommend booking your flight after the tour has been confirmed. Because the return time really depends of the traffic and weather conditions.

hello! just for clarity. Previously, I inquired regarding the currency (USD or CAD) to use in paying for the attractions and services fee. I was told that it should be in CAD since this is purely Canadian tour, however, upon reading one of the response from one of your representative to one of the customers, it was mentioned that it should be in USD (please see message below). Thanks Ethel.

Hello, Can we pay in CAD for optional activities since the exchange rate is much more favorable in canadian dollars, rather than in USD? From the pricing you indicated is not clear whether the price we have to pay to the guide is USD or CAD. As I understood is the same amount in any currency, thus it would be better for us keep CAD. Am I right? Thank you, Oksana
Answer:
Dear Oksana,
The admissions to the different attractions must be paid in USD to the tour guide.
The prices listed on the website are in USD dollars.
Thank you for your inquiry.

Gloria

Dear Ethel,
Yes, you have the reason, finally, it would be the same price for the currency change. But we recommend you pay in CAD.

I have traveled to Niagara Falls, although not this trip, with you before. I wonder if you have a trip to Niagara Falls mid August, or later. My concern is pickup time at hotel. although I am a native New Yorker I have not visited in a while so I am unfamiliar with the transportation itinerary. This is a special graduation trip for my granddaughter.
Dear Hubelinda,
if you don´t need the airport transfer please make a comment in the online booking system if you'd like to be picked up from Flushing (136-51 37th Avenue, 1st Floor, Unit C3, Flushing, NY 11354 before 5:00pm) or Chinatown (87 Bowery, NY 10002 before 6:00pm).
Also, you can book this tour from August 1st until 30th.
Best Regards,
Alberto

I'm going to book the bus from Monterey Park to Las Vegas and I have a few questions.
I know the pick up point is behind Lincoln's hotel. Is that at the structure parking lot or just on the street?
Can we park our car there?
We have 4 adults and 2 kids, I understand the cost for kids are the same, but do I put their names in the adult's box when I check out?
Thanks.
Dear Elsa,
Thank you for your inquiry.
It will be on the street, but once the reservation is confirmed, we will send you further pick up details.
We do not have information if you can leave your car there.
You will have to check nearby parking facilities if you wish to leave your car there.
You will have to put the children's names in the adult boxes when you book.
Best Regards,
Jackie

Dear VICTOR TALLUD,
Thank you for your inquiry.
For those who would like to have a more leisurely experience, there is a shuttle to transport guests to Eagle Point, which boasts spectacular views and a Native American Indian Village. Last but not least, the most thrilling views come from the Skywalk. This glass-framed overlook sits 4,000 feet above the Grand Canyon that boasts a 10-foot-wide, horseshoe-shaped glass bridge peering over the West Rim of the Canyon. Feel like you’re floating on air with this view! (Note: the Skywalk ticket is separate from the tour price,)
For those that do not join the helicopter tour, this will be free time at the canyon.
Best Regards,
jackie
