Here is our answer for your questions: 1 You can go to the first night hotel self-check after 3:00pm, or you can go to airport to meet our tour guide. 2 If your departure date is May 15th, the last day of the tour is 21st, This tour concludes in New York where guests can schedule their flights to depart from NYCAirport (EWR, LGA or JFK airport) after 6:45 PM . Q: I was referred to this LA to SF tour USLA29-752 instead from my earlier request for an English speaking tour. As we will be travelling all the way from Sydney and NYC, we will need at least 2 hardcase suitcases. Noted this tour only uses a van and the condition is that each person can only travel in this tour with a SOFT case luggage 10kg each. Can this be waived as we will be travelling with the same luggages from our international flight over with hardcases each, with a max. 20 kg as allowed on international flights?
