The tour will include transfers from EWR, JFK and LGA anytime between 9:00 am to 10:00 pm on the first day, and you will usually leave out as early as 7:00 am the next day to travel out on tour. The tour does not include the option of transfer back to JFK at the end from BUF, but you can consider taking a NYC to NYC tour :

Chinatown would be the closest pickup location to San Fernando Valley. There are slight variations in the prices for our similar tours based on the pickup locations made available and the hotels booked on tour.
