Q: Hi im planning on doing the 6 day tour with the first day being Wednesday the 13th of October. Would just like to know which hotel in New York will be arranged for the 1st night? For a bus ride straight from LA to Grand Canyon, it would take around 8 hours. However, for this tour that you are interested in, we would not be going from LA straight to Grand Canyon. We would first stop at Las Vegas, a approx. of 3 to 4 hour ride with restroom stops at barstow, and barstow factory outlet and spend the night in Las Vegas, then start from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon, which should be around a 5 hour ride with restroom stops and a short stop at the Hoover Dam. We would drive mostly the freeway, which should be a very smooth ride.
