Their itinerary are a bit different, but the reason why the price is so different is because the hotel they use. USNY33-2416 uses hotels like Sheraton/Renaissance EWR or Holiday Inn or Hotel offering similar standards of service, and USNY46-3520 uses hotels like Holiday Inn, Country Suite, Howard Johnson or Similar.
