Q: we have 4 persons, want to join the tour on Dec 29th; and fly in from Peoria, IL. If we arrive 1 day earlier, can you arrange us to the hotel we'll be staying in. And is there any discount for it? And how do we meet up the group the next morning?

Our free airport pickup is only for Day 1, if you arrive one day before, we can not provide airport pickup. But we can recommend pre-tour hotel extension which is near the airport and has free shuttle bus from/to the airport. Then please tell us which airport (EWR,JFK,LGA) you will arrive at, we can recommend accordingly, our first night hotel may be near EWR. Hotel will be confirmed after your tour's confirmation.
Then for the pickup on Day 1, you can take the shuttle bus to the airport to meet our tour guide, just tell us when you will be there. Our guide will arrange the pickup for you.

The tour reservation price will be $1058.00 for a single traveler for the Nov 13 departure. You can request for a travel companion when booking, to get a lower price, but please note that we cannot guarantee finding a travel companion for you. As the routing of the tour can change where the tour may head straight out to the Grand Canyon, the tour does not offer pickups out of Las Vegas.
The tour bus has a large compartment to store luggage in, and the November 17 departure date is stll currently available.
