Q: We are Vietnamese. Myself (father) going together with a boy of 11. We are flying from Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, arriving at LAX Intl Airport at 9pm. 1. This tour (5-Grand Canyon West Bus Tour: Horseshoe Bend, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon and Las Vegas (5 Reviews)) includes the airport pickup, right? so, will you pick us up at the airport at this time? 2. As our arrival time is late (later than 7am), so we have to find a hotel by ourselves? or do you have any reference for a 3-star hotel for us? Then we will pay by our own the hotel right? 3. If we arrive earlier than 9PM, eg: 10AM, is the above situation still applied? eg: we still get the free airport pickup and have to pay/find the hotel for the first night? 4. I see this program covers most. Can i ask how about meals? eg: breakfast included in the hotel? (buffet?); lunch and dinner are also included or we are on our own? 5. we plan to to arrive on July 19 (Friday), so in order to go for this tour, we have to wait till July 21? meaning this tour only starts on some specific date? 6. I have been with your tour in 2008 (your existing customer); at that time, i used my account: [email protected]; and now [email protected]; can i ask if i have some discount for returning customer like mee? 7. I go with my boy of 11 years old. does this tour applies children rate (cheaper) or you use 1 rate for all? i see the option guest and just add 1,2, 3 and i dont see the children there. if you have better price for children, how can i get this pricing through online booking? 8. on the way back to the airport, you will send us directly at LAX intl airport or you drop by a nearby area so we have to call another taxi to get into the airport? we are flying from LAX to IAH. 9.
