Q: My son & I have booked this tour for March 2011..we are thinking of on the last day not to head back to LA on the last day but to take a flight onto Phoenix for another tour. I presume this would be ok if we inform you of our intentions when we finailise out decision even though our tour is already booked?

It's okay if you don't need to head back to LA on last day.Please do send an email with your order number or call us to reconfirm your tour itinerary 1 week prior to your departure date. Because day-to-day tour itinerary is subject to change.

If you have a collapsible wheelchair, we can easily have it stored under the bus with all the luggage. We do have a restroom on bus for emergency purpose only. There will be a restroom stop around every 2 hours. This tour is still available for 3/2/2011, please book online for confirmation.

Yes. All four of you will be sharing one hotel room. Please note that the tour price doesn't include the admission to Corning Glass Center ($14.00/person) and service fee of $6.00/day per person to the tour guide. There are also some other optional tours that are not included in the tour price.
