Q: Do you have availabilities for the tour starting on 03-Jan2011? We will be already in Vancouver so do not need to be transferred to or pricked up from the airport . Does this change the price? Can we stay in a quadruple room even if we do not book for 4 people? What is the average age group?

Tour departing on Jan 3rd is still available at this moment. Since our tour is sold as a whole package and if you don't need airport pick-up, the price will not change.
Hotel rooms we use are usually with 2 double beds. Please book the tour according to the actual number of people you have in your party.
Our customers are from 6 to 60 and most of them are between 20 to 50.

Q: Hi, I would look at travelling on either jan 18th or 22nd. Could you please confirm how long we would stay at Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon South? The Hoover Dam visit will usually only be for 15 minutes, but you will stay at the Grand Canyon South for up to 3 hours. The guides regardless of the season and time of year will all be conducting the tour in English and Chinese. The prices are usually different based on the hotel rates for the accomodations in Las Vegas.

The first night hotel itself has shuttle to and from SFO airport. And tour group will head for city tour after 11:00am. We are afraid that we are not able to postpone the pick up and city tour for the whole group. You can please take advantage of the hotel shuttle to self check into the first night hotel should you take 11:10am arrival flight or arrange your own transportation to meet the tour group in city tour sightseeings.
Please let us know which departure date you would like to join in so that we can recommend hotel extension for you accordingly.
