Q: Hi, If it is possible, we would like to joint this tour. We are total 6 persons. We will be in New York on Saturday, Feb 12, 2011. I have the following questions: (1) Where is the pick up point of this tour? (2) How many hours before the flight departure does passenger required to check in at the airport (JFK, EWR) for International Flight? (3) My daughter flight will be at 17:30 from JFK airport. Where and when do you suggest she should separated from the tour to be able to catch the flight (considering also the required check in time for International flight) (4) Could you arrange for the transfer to JFK airport? We have 2 pickup locations in NY, Chinatown and Flushing, you can check it in our website, you have to choose either of them when booking.
Usually, for International flight, you'd better arrive at the airport 2 hours before the departure.
For where and when you'd better to leave the tour to catch the departure flight, you'd better check with the tour guide then, we can not know the time where you will be. We suggest you book the flight after your tour has been confirmed by us, and this tour package will drop you off at the airport at the end of the tour, Please arrange air tickets departing New York after 6:45pm on the last day. If your departure time is 17:30pm, you have to leave by your own.
