Q: Could you please explain the difference between High and Standard Quality Tours, Super Value and Budget Friendly Tours. When you 'highly recommend' an upgrade, will this simply mean a better room? If you don't upgrade, what is the standard of these room? With thanks . . Maree

The mainly difference between High/Standard Quality Tours and Super value/Budget friendly yours is the hotels where guests will stay on tour. And yes, an upgrade means better rooms on tour.For our super value and budget tours, hotels we use offer the same level of service as 2.5-3 star hotels.

Tour guide will explain all the optional tours when you start the tour. You can choose to do the helicopter ride when you are in Grand Canyon. For more specific location, you may consult the guide on tour. Guests can walk around and explore the area by themselves if he or she choose not to be the optional tour. The helicopter and boat adventure usually last about a hour, you will taken the helicopter and boat for some sight seeing in the canyon.Gratuity is not included in the fare.Service Fees for tour guide/bus driver (min. $7.00/day per person)

You can catch the tour. We offer free airport pick up at the LAX on 11 March between 9:00am to 10:00pm. Since your flight arrive at 7:45am, we suggest that you wait for our earliest pick up at 9:00am.

Drop off location is NOT the same as the pick up location. The drop off place will possibly be at our contracted hotel at Prague. We advise you please do not book a departure flight on the tour end day as the tour normally ends at Prague at 20:00pm. It is impossible to catch a 20:40 departure flight on the tour end day.

Since you are already in San Francisco, you have three options to join the tour:
1. to go to the airport before 11:00am to meet our guide
2. to self check in the first night hotel, but please kindly note that ,if you choose to self check in, you will miss the San Francisco City tour on Day1
3. you can also go to Starbucks, 391 Sutter St., San Francisco, CA 94108, at 7:45am to join the tour.

Q: Q1: What is the difference between this tour and the 46-150 tour? In Toronto, tour 46-150 says it visits Chinatown for dinner. Does this tour visit Chinatown as well? We like the 46-150 tour's detailed itinerary, but we don't like the fact that it doesn't pick up at a hotel lobby like this tour. So, before we book this tour, we want to confirm that the itinerary for both tours are really exactly the same. Could you confirm this? Q2: On Day 1, it says the tour starts at Sheraton Laguardia. The biggest difference between the two is that they offer different hotels, and usually, this tour will not visit Chinatown. Also, there are slight differenrces between the itineraries. Please check the itinerary differences on our website.
Since the tour will start very early, we recommend that you book a hotel which is near the pick up location for the night before to catch the eraly pick up on Day1.
