Q: I plan to join a tour in the coming month after attending a 3-week training in the D.C. Is there any place in New York where I can safely deposit my luggages while I am joining the tour to niagara falls? If there is one, how much would it cost me? If there is none, could you advise me on how I will deal with my luggages. I understand that you accomodate max of 2 bags in the coaches. I expect my luggages to be not so "small" :) Thanks and more power. Adz

When you are joining the tour, you can just put your luggages in the tour bus.
Usually, each customer is allowed to take along one big luggage, there will be extra charge to pay to the driver if you have too many luggages. Please ask for assistance from the tour guide then.

Currently the tour is avialable on March 28, and acutally all the dates listed under "Start Date" in "Easy Book" are available departure dates for the tour. You can choose them and place the order, and we will give you the final written confirmaion by email within 1-2 working days. Usually we suggest our customer to place the order as early as possible so to capture the seats, and 1-2 weeks in advance is advised.
We accept reservation with 100% payment in advance so to save the reservation time for you, yet if it happens that we fail to confirm the tour for you, we will make 100% refund to you.

We are sorry but we are not able to offer pick up at any place other than Vancouver airport or Victoria airport. If you live in Vancouver Downtown, would you please go to the Vancouver Airport at any time before 12:00pm to meet tour guide at claim belt #3.

As what you can check under the "Pick up times and locations", the tour depparts at either : 6:00am 42 Beale St, 42 Beale St, Quincy, MA 02170 or 7:00am Eldo Cake House, 36-38 Harrison Ave, Boston, MA 02111, and actually we do not provide pick up at any place other than those two locations, so please go to the fixed pick up location to board onto the trip. And if you arrive one day before the departure date, you can simply arrange your hotel near the pick up locations. For the hotel information, the following link may be helpful for you:

Generally flight time is unavailable until your tour is booked and confirmed. Please be advised that because this is a one day tour, the day will start very early, roughly around 6 a.m. But we cannot provide exact times until you have booked and confirmed your tour.
Because you plan on taking this tour in May, the Maid of the Mist may not be available, this all depends on the weather. Please refer to the Maid Of the Mist website to verify there schedule. If the Maid of the Mist attraction becomes unavailable to you, you will be offered to take a tour of the "Journey behind the Falls" which is a path behind the Niagra falls, You will also be taken to the " Table of Rocks" which is located at the edge of the Niagra Falls.
Also note that this tour will guide you through the U.S side and Canadian Side of the Niagra Falls.
