The loop is completed every 1.5 hours. You take the Biscayne Bay tour back at stop 1 of the tour. The boat operates every 1-2 hours.
On the day of the tour, you will receive an up to date pamphlet and brochure of the stop times, bus schedule pick up times at each location, and boat tour schedule for that day.

Correct, if you come in later than 11:30 a.m. and miss the tour bus departure, you will have to self transfer to the first night's hotel. Please try to fly in earlier or you can make plans to self transfer to the first night's hotel.

1. The first stop is only for a 1 hour lunch / restroom break. You will not have enough time for shopping that day.
2. The 2nd stop is the shopping stop. You will get 2-3 hours.
3. The tour shuttle service leaves disneyland at around 7:00 p.m. If you are staying late for the fireworks show, you can ask the tour guide if it is possible for that day. Also, the hotels we use in Anaheim generally offer a shuttle service to and from Disneyland, you can use that free shuttle service if you plan to stay late, or you can find a cab service at Disneyland.
4. You stay at the south rim for about 2-3 hours.
5. There is not scheduled tour for Las Vegas, you are simply continuing your overall tour.
6. You will leave Universal around 7:00 p.m. for the airport transfers.

From what you stated, there will not be enough time to get to an airport. The tour returns to New York around 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. in the evening.
You will have to decide if you have enough time to transfer yourself to the airport.
