Q: hello thanks for the quick response, do you have any idea how long we are at the adventure park for as we would like to do the world of colour viewing at night time. Are we able to collect our bags from the bus when we are dropped off at adventure park or only on pick up from the park. thanks so much for your help

The tour officially ends at 5:30 p.m. If you are staying later in the theme park on your own, you can use the Holiday Inn Select's theme park shuttle service to return to the hotel or just take a taxi back to the hotel if the shuttle service is not available.
Please talk with the tour guide about the shuttle service and staying later in the park on the day of your tour to check whether staying later will be possible for that day.
You will leave your baggage at the hotel.

Q: WE ARE booked on this tour ending on the 31st may 2011 our iternary says we will be at california adventure disneyland park on the 31st May 2011 are we able to get our luggage from the bus after getting park tickets to make our own way to our next hotel from here.we do not need the transfer to the airport on this day as we are staying at disney area after this. Per your reservation, your last day of the tour will be spent at Disneyland or California Adventure. This itinerary should not change, unless the tour guide deems it absolutely necessary. You can store your belongings on the bus and when the group heads to the bus for the return to LAX airport, you can retrieve your belongings on the bus. We recommend that you consider storing your luggage at the lockers available at Disneyland or California Adventure, so that you can spend as much time at the theme park possible, without needing to pause your fun: http://disneyland.disney.go.com/plan/guest-services/lockers/

We do not offer an upgrade for the universal studios tickets. You can talk with the tour guide at the beginning of your tour to check if he will be able to arrange specialized tickets for you. The tickets prepared beforehand are group entry regular tickets.

Q: 1. We're looking into two tours : 8 days New East Coast Deluxe bus tour (departing June 4) then the 8 days Montreal, MontTremblant/Ottawa etc. (departing June 12), please confirm if these schedules will be okay? 2. We can't go back into US coz one of us have single entry US visa, so if join the 8days Montreal,MontTremblant/Ottawa/etc. tour we have to cut it on Day 6 at Toronto. What discount will you give us we get this? We are 6 in our group so we will need two triple rooms. 3. There are some good reviews about your company but many bad reviews too! One of our concerns is that we don't speak Mandarin so we need an English speaking guide. And since Washington, Boston and Philadelphia are historical cities we would like to have a well informed guide. Can you provide us with an English speaking and knowledgeable guide? 4. With regards to payment, can we just make a partial payment and pay the full amount on the day the tour starts?
