Q: Hey, I´m gonna be at Pittsburgh, and I have interest booking the 82-3059 Tour code. I will take the tour on May 18 to May 24, 7 days right?, It´s available this date for 2 adults? Do I need to be at New York City Airport? or there´s another pickup place in which I can wait to take the tour? I will arrive by bus, because I´m comming from Pittsburgh. Is there any nearest pick up place from the bus central? Danny told me IN ANOTHER TOURPACK to be at 5:00pm at Chinatown, 48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013, Is it right? Or not in this tourpack? Where and at What time are you going to leave us (in New York) when the tour ends ? Because we are not going to any airport, we are going to depart from New York to Pittsburgh on bus again. Thnxs.

May 18th is available right now. On Day 1, if you do not need airport pickup, you can choose to self-transfer to our first night hotel and check-in after 3:00pm by yourself.

Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day. Usually, we will start from hotel at around 8:00am each day, it depends on tour guide’s arrangement and itinerary. And it’s not a guided tour to the theme park.
We will arrive at LV at around 5:00pm and leave enough time for you to watch the shows.
The stop time in Barstow outlet will be around 2.5 hours for lunch and shopping.

Q: Hi, if I book this tour and arrive in LA International airpot at 7am could we get picked up on arrival or do we have to wait to 8.30am? Would we be able to get an early check-in at the Hilton Hotel, san Gabriel? I imagine we would get there by 9am with our flight arriving at 7am - is that correct? So could we get an early 9am check-in, or what would be the earliest we could check-in? Also, when we return to LA from Las Vegas on the last day can we get dropped in downtown LA? We would book a hotel for one extra nite in LA after the tour - do you recommend any good centrally located hotel at a reasonable price and can you do the booking? would the tour bus drop us at the hotel in La when we return, or how would you recommend we get to our hotel from where the tour bus would drop us? Our free airport pickup will start from 8:30am, so if you arrive earlier, you have to wait until our tour guide’s arrival. Then we will take you to the hotel, usually, hotel’s check-in time is after 3:00pm, but you can also check-in if there is hotel room available for you.We can drop you off at Chinatown of LA the last day if you do not the airport drop off. 1) The seats will not be assigned, it is for first come first serve.2) The tour is also available for kids and infants, Kids of 2-9 years will pay child price, and infants under 2 years old will be free as lap passenger children.3) Please check the weather report at www.weather.com4) Some buses do have monitors / video screens5) Yes, it is common for the bus driver and tour guide to communicate if necessary on tour.6) Each customer is allowed to take one standard size luggage and a carry-on size . 7) Emergency restrooms on board the tour bus are only to be used in case the passenger must use the restroom and a nearby facility is not available. Please note that we do not recommend the use of the restroom on board, as the contents will remain on the bus for the entire tour, as it will not be able to be serviced until the end of the tour. 8) So far our passengers have not had encounters with being bitten by snakes. Q: I asked a question about Madame Tossaud on April 11th . You said it was not a part of this tour. It is still listed under the pricing. Are there any other things in the pricing that we will not be doing? The price for the empire state building is for the sky ride also but this is not mentioned in you itinerary. We said it does not include the scream exhibit at Madam Tussauds. The tour only covers the President's museum exhibit at Madam Tussauds. The tour does not go to the Scream exhibit.
At the empire state building. The tour will take the sky ride if it is available.
The maid of the mist is only available when it opens in mid-may.
