We can pick up guests from airport on tour start day and transfer them to the hotel they will be staying at on day one to join the tour. Domestic US arrival transfers are free between 8:30am-10:30pm and our guide will meet you at the baggage claim area of your arriving terminal. International arrival transfers are free between 8:30am - 9:30pm and our guide will meet you at the exit area after you go through custom.

We apologize for the typo in the answer. It is preferred up to 30 lbs per piece of luggage, but we can make an exception for your luggage.
Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.
Tour route may change so we may go to Philadelphia and Washington D.C on first day and on our way back to New York, we will visit Baltimore. If you choose not to go back to NY with tour coach, there is high chance that you will miss the Baltimore portion of the tour.

The luggage weight limitation for each person will be under 300 pounds, and please note that for this tour if you decided to dismiss in D.C, it is high chance that you will miss Baltimore portion of the tour. If you are fine with this arrangement, you simply let the tour guide know and self dismiss at Washington D.C.

Please clarify your questions, if you are refer to the cost, it will depending on the optional excursion that you wish to take and also the amount of meals you wish to purchase. If you are refer to traveling distance, it also varies cities to cities, mainly you will be spending times in each attraction on the stop therefore the longest travel distance on the bus will be around 3 hours between point to point.
