Q: I already booked this tour on 4June with 4 people(include me) but one of my friend have an emergency that make her can't go with this tour. I wonder can I cancel only one in the group (the other still want to go on this tour) and If I can how much fee that will cost or I have the other way to solve this problem. thankyou

You are welcome to cancel one passenger off of your reservation. Please note that they will be subject to the Cancellation Policy as listed on our website at: https://www.tours4fun.com/cancellation-and-refund-policy.php. Please send in your reservation number along with which passenger is looking to cancel from the tour so that we can provide a cancellation amount. The cancellation fee is subject to your tour departure date and when you are submitting your cancellation form.

Q: Sorry, my question earlier today said the tour starts on Fri 8th Oct, but it's actually Saturday 8th Oct. My question still applies though, please. I have noticed that there is a very similar tour (2-3335) that says Disneyland is available for Saturday departures, but that tour doesn't seem to have any Saturday departures (only Sun & Wed). Unfortunately I need to have a Saturday departure or I'll miss my flight back to Australia. Thanks, Kristen View answers (1) A: |

If you take a Saturday departure, you can still visit Disneyland, just not on the last day of the tour. It will be on Tuesday, Day 4 of the tour.

Q: Hi, I wish to take the tour USLV2-3320 starting on Friday 8th Oct. In the itinerary it says that on Day 7 you can choose either Disneyland (for Wed & Sun departures) or Sea World (for Wed departures). This tour only departs on Sun/Wed/Sat/. You must choose a departure date that falls on one of those days. If you choose a Wednesday or Sunday tour departure date, you can visit Disneyland.

As this is a guided group tour, we do not recommend that you separate from the tour group to conduct your own activities. The tour bus will stick to it's itinerary set by the tour guide and bus driver. If you should separate yourself (self depart) from the tour group, you will need to make your own way to re-join the tour group, as they will not wait for you.
