Q: We are a group of 7 and wud like to book early for our trip in Oct. If a friend (8th person) decides at a later date to join us, can she be on the same group with us and what shd we do ? Can the rooms be adjusted and so on ?

With your group of 7, you will need a minimum of 2 rooms. If you should add on an 8th passenger, you can still fit in 2 rooms. You will be required to pay any additional fees for the add on. Please note that if you should need an additional room when adding the 8th passenger, we recommend that you notify us at the earliest date possible of your add on, so that we can secure the additional room before the hotels become sold out.

We will not be able to transfer you back to San Francisco after Yosemite. You will need to make your own arrangements, should you self depart from the tour in Yosemite. As this is a pre-packaged group tour, the price of the tour will remain the same, should you self depart from the tour in San Francisco.

Please let us know the address you wish these tickets to be sent to when you make the reservation. The price of tour 85-3012 is a bit higher than 2-117 is because travelers will have the opportunity to stay one night in Canyon Lodge which is more attractive to most visitors to Yellowstone National Park; however other parts of the itinerary of the 2 packages are identical.

Hotel information will be available 1-2 days prior to departure date. Most likely it will be Sleep Inn or hotel offering similar standards of service. This tour will return to NY at around 8:30-9:30pm, depending on traffic situation.

You can be dropped off at Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Please leave note in comments when you make the reservation. We also accommodate travelers with a complimentary airport drop off when the tour ends on the last day if they need.
The entire tour indicated on the tour webpage is operated by tour bus.
