2011-07-01 05:20:44 Hi Maria:Meal breaks will be arranged at hotels, various ethnic restaurants, such as Chinese Restaurants, food courts and fast food restaurants. There should be vegetarian food for you to choose from the menus. But we cannot give you a 100 percent guarantee for organic vegetarian food.
You are welcome to bring along your own food. Please note that the tour bus does not have any refrigeration available.

For the package tours we need customers to provide us the flight information based on which we arrange the airport pick-up.And your desired tour does not require the flight information and tour guide will pick you up at Midtown Manhattan hotel between 23rd St and 74th St. Should you still have worries about that, please send an email to [email protected] and advise us your reservation number.

1. You can start your tour either at 7:00 in front of HSBC Bank, 39-10 main ST Flushing NY 11354 or 8:15an Chinatown, 48 Bowery Street, New York NY 10013 2. The hotel rate for this tour is about 2.5 to 3 stars. You are welcome to upgrade to 4 stars hotels like Marriott, Hyatt or Sheraton with only $15.60 per room per night. 3. We regret that the tour package does not include the breakfast.

Please arrange the arrival time in San Francisco (SFO) before 11:00am, for all customers joining the SF City Tour on the same day.
As you will be arriving after 11AM, you will miss this tour, as you will need to de-board the plane, collect your luggage, and make your way to the pick up location. You will not be able to participate in the tour.
Note: Pick Up location in San Francisco Airport
1. Domestic flights with UA or AA - From Baggage Claim area, please exit the building and turn right, walk 50 meters to "COURTYARD # 4".
2. Domestic flights (and flights from Canada) with all airlines other than UA or AA - From baggage claim area, please exit the building and turn left, then walk 50 meters to "COURTYARD # 1"
3. International flights (not including flights from Canada) - Exit the U.S. Customs area and turn left, take the elevator to the 1st floor at the end of the walkway. Exit the elevator to "COURTYARD # A".
4. For passengers encountering flight delays to while transiting at another airport, it would be necessary to call us to let us know the status of the flight to ensure a smooth transfer in.

Just select whether you will arrive within the time 9:00am -10:00pm or beyond.After we confirm the tour for you, we will ask you for the flight information and arrange the pick-up and drop-off based on it. You can also fill out your flight on your account when you are making the booking. The easy book section just for the calculating the price since if you are not arriving between 9:00am and 10:00pm, you will need to pay the airport pick-up fee.
