Q: Hi, I have a number of clarifications regarding this package: 1) I would like to know the exact locations of the hotels included in this package. For the first night in Niagara, is the hotel walking distance to popular attractions within Niagara and shopping outlets, restaurants, etc.? For the second night, is the hotel going to be in D.C.? 2) Also, what if we opt not to take either of the maid of the mist, imax movie and corning museum add-ons during the 2nd day, does this mean we have more time to explore on our own? Or we'll have to wait for other companions of the tour to finish their add-on tour? 3) For the D.C. tour, can you specify which of the following attractions (Lincloln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, National Museum, White House, Vietnam Memorial, Independence Hall and Liberty Bell) will be visited (with stopover and photo ops) and which attractions will only be seen during drive by. Description of your itinerary is vague. 4) If we are coming from an international flight, we'll go directly to the pick-up point with our luggages. Firstly, we regret that we are not able to confirm you the hotel currently because the hotel information comes out till it is going to be used though the listed hotels are the ones we are most likely going to utilize, however it is subject to reconfirmation. The day to day itinerary is also adjustable depending on the departure date and we might not go to Niagara Falls first. But the hotel customers are going to stay at is near to Niagara Falls. Secondly, yes, you can choose not to take the optional tours and enjoy free time at Niagara Falls. But you will have to ask for the tour guide the time and place for you to rejoin the tour and head towards another sight.Thirdly, for all the sights you listed, we will stops and visit for some time, but the time is not the same and it is arranged by the tour guide.Fourthly, there will be no stop to the hotel for you to leave your luggage to the hotel, after the pick-up from our pick-up locations, bus will head to the attractions one by one. And the luggage allowance for this tour is 1 piece of a standard suitcase and 1 small carry-on.

Our price varies due to different departure date. For instance, if you opt the departing date on Sunday and Wednesday, the price for 2 travelers is $198.00. But if you choose it on Saturday, the price will amount to $238.00. And for some holidays, there is a price increase as well.We regret we do not offer discount this way. Firstly, We regret that we are not able to pick you up from the hotel, for this tour, there is only airport pick-up offered before 11:00am because the tour will offer the San Francisco City tour and for customers arriving after 11:00am have to self transfer to the 1st night hotel. La Quinta Inn is the hotel we mostly going to utilize but it is subject to reconfirmation.Secondly, Buy 2 Get 1 Free refers to that the third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *admission fee) on share room basis. We can explain to you this way, supposing you are a party of 2, the tour price is $976.00 plus the 3% transaction fee, that is $1,005.28. But for a party of 3, we will not charge the tour price of the 3rd traveler, but the additional fee as surcharge is $110.00 per person, therefore for the tour price of a party of 3 is ($976.00+$110.00)=$1118.58. Please note that the price has been adjusted on our website which means it is already a the promotion of “Buy 2 Get 1 Free ” has been counted and it is the final discounted price, therefore we just need to have the quadruple price multiply 4 and equals the discounted price for 4 travelers in 1 room.Thirdly, yes you can choose not to join the optional tour and have your own schedule.

Please note at this time we do not have any tours to Niagara Falls by train however we do have a couple that do depart by bus. It is ill advised that you book your tour 2-3 days prior to it departing as we cannot confirm seats will still be available within this time period. It is however advised that you try to book your tour as soon as possible.
