Q: Hi, We're very interested in doing this tour Tues 16th of August. If I am going to be staying at 11-01 43rd Avenue, Long Island City at Z hotel.. should I choose flushing or manhattan as a pick up drop off point? Because I will be coming back from an extended stay I will have 2 peices of luggage. Is there a way I can pay extra to take it with me? Thank you, Rebecca

2 pieces of luggage will be allowed for the tour. The Chinatown pickup location would be closer to your location distance wise, but it may be easier for you to do the Flushing pickup location to avoid traffic.

Both tours will visit Bar Harbor and Cadillac Mountain. Tour 47-291 may offer a bit more time at Acadia National Park than tour 81-3054, as it will not visit Thunder Hole.

At this moment, there is no difference in the dates.
This tour typically picks up at 7-8am in the morning from the hotel and drops off passengers at the airport around 5-6pm, depending on available flights.
Please let us know the approximate time and length of helicopter tour you are looking to take on your own. We will check to see if the tour will be able to accommodate your request.

Actually the pick-up service will be arranged according to your arrival flight information. We will wait for you at your baggage claim area (domestic flight) or personal exit (international flight) on your arrival.
If you will already be in LA, we can arrange for pick up to be at Delta Terminal 5's Baggage Claim Exit Doors, at your requested pick up time.

We usually arrange the hotel accommodation at LA at Holiday Inn Select, and if Holiday Inn is not available, it will be Howard Johnson in Anaheim. We are unable to offer you the Howard Johnson hotel on Wilshire. You will need to arrange your own transportation from the hotel on tour to the LA Dodgers stadium.

The tour will only offer an overnight stay in Deadwood. There will not be any sightseeing there. The tour may arrive into Deadwood around 5:30-6:30pm, depending on tour route and tour guide scheduling.
