Q: I'd like to know what the price exactly includes: does it include only the tour and the van transport, or does it also include extras such as the helicopter and a possible accomodation? Since it is one-day-tour we don't need any hotel booking.Thanks.

Each passenger is allowed to bring one small carry on and one medium sized luggage. Please note that although the luggage compartment fairly large, it is only able to accommodate standard sized luggage. We recommend that all passengers please be considerate of the luggage you bring as this can affect other passengers traveling.

Q: I will be arriving SFO Airport at 6.53AM on 5th November. By the time I get my bag and reach the exit it will be almost 8AM. Can the tour pick me up at the airport? Also I reach very early morning so I will be having the rest of the day free after checkin. Is it possible I go tour the city myself the first day and come back to the hotel at night. As you will arrive before the complimentary tour pick up time, we encourage you to wait until 8AM to have the complimentary airport transfer to hotel.
You are welcome to use the entire day as free time to do your own thing on Day 1 of the tour. The hotel is most likely located about 30-45 minutes away from San Francisco city center.
We recommend that take the complimentary SFO airport transfer to hotel after you have enjoyed your free time in San Francisco, as you will be closer to what you are looking to visit upon your flight arrival.

Will the first night hotel be in New York and can we meet up that afternoon/night ? Will the 1st day tour in New York be interrupted in any way considering the date (1oth year anniversary of the sept 11 attack?) as I see in the itenery that ground zero is usually one of the places to go. First night hotel will be located by EWR airport and you can call us one day prior to departure date to get tour guide’s name and contact number if you would like to schedule a separate meeting time and location on day one. We do not recommend that you join the tour after the designated tour departure time, as it becomes difficult to catch up to where the tour is moving onto.
Detailed tour itinerary is arranged by tour guide on tour date and this tour is still on for this date as no further notice has been given.
