Q: we are 4 of us & hoping to book this tour, we have a flight out of LA at 9.15 on last day.. I note you are returning to LA at about 7.00. Is usually on time ? Also if we take this tour will be able to make the 9.30 flight ? If not is there any ohter iotions for us?

If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m.
If you book the departure flight for 9:15pm, it is possible that you may make it for the flight, but we are not able to guarantee that. We usually return to Los Angeles around 7:00pm to 7:30pm. However, it is dependant upon traffic and weather conditions.

There are no tours that go to both rims. You can take a different rim tours on 2 separate days from Las Vegas if you have enough time.

The 15 month old will not be charged the child rate and will be free, however; you will have to carry him in your arms for safety reasons.
Please note: If you have 4 people including a baby for a total of 5 passengers, then you will have to purchase 2 rooms and list the baby as a child.
Also, In any case, you must write in the comments section of your tour that you will be bringing along a 15month baby.

You may not use outside tickets for the admission fees.
The $69 pays for, admission fee into West Grand Canyon, tram system used throughout the west Grand canyon, Indian Reservation Entry fee, and Buffet lunch at the west Grand canyon visitor's center.
If you bring another pass onto the tour, you will still have to pay for the $69 because your 3rd party pass will not be compatible with the tour's schedule.

Q: Hi, my parents only speak Thai (no English or Chinese). Will any of these tours be a good choice for them? Meaning, I'm concerned that they will not be able to follow the tour guide instructions or get any of the information from them (i.e when to be back at a meeting point, etc). There are no tour that offers a Thai speaker. You may participate with them and translate for them or hire a translator to join the tour with them. Generally, people who do not understand English or Chinese are still able to enjoy the tour's sites and will be able to understand most of the guide's directions as long as they follow the guide throughout the trip.
The only major languages covered for most tours are English and Chinese.
