Q: Ww would be travelling in a family of 6 people, two of my kids are below 12 years old. We are interested in your tour 2-4602. But we would only be arriving in LA from KUL on 22 Nov and departing LAX back to KUL on 30 Nov. I noted there is no tour on the above dates. Is that right? Would it be possible to arrange if we request? Many thanks for your kind assistance. Regards Sue

This tour has departures every day of the week, except Thursdays. The listed tour dates on the tour webpage are holiday tour departure dates that have holiday rates.
Please select the 11/22/2011 tour departure date from the calendar or drop down menu, when a tour ending date December 01, as this is a 10 day tour.
You may wish to consider a 9 day tour instead, if you are returning on November 30:

Q: Hi, Im planning 4 days early and leave 1 after the tour. May you have or recommend me an hotel, at your special rates, in Midtown, Manhattan, those hotels provide transfer services from EWR or JFK and return to take the tour bus? I don't undestand well your web site information in english: At what time and where begin the 1º day of the tour. At the end of the first day the hotel will be provided by the tour operator? Is the night tour in New York (1º day) optional? How much does it cost? During the tour in NYC and DC can we go inside (or we will have enought time to) the attractions mentioned in the itinerary, which yes and which no? Thank you for your attention. We currently cannot recommend any hotels in Midtown Manhattan that offer shuttle service from the hotel to EWR or JFK airports. We recommend that you visit our hotel partner for accommodations in Manhattan. Currently we are not able to offer competitive rates for hotels in Midtown Manhattan.Day 1 is an airport transfer to hotel day. Our tour guide will meet you at the airport (Baggage Claim Area) and transfer to the hotel.
Pick-up service for JFK, LGA and EWR airports at 9:00am-10:00pm (Airport pick-up is free only between 9:00am-10:00pm). We recommend that you check with the tour guide when boarding the tour bus for the segment to San Francisco for available options.As this is a guided group tour and not a shuttle bus service, you will be required to return with the same bus from San Francisco to Los Angeles or make your own way back. If you should self depart from the tour in advanced, we can recommend that you take the Los Angeles-Las Vegas Shuttle Bus (Round Trip) back. You will need to make your own arrangements to get to the shuttle bus departure location, should you choose this option.
Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day. We do not recommend that you self depart from the tour early, unless you are prepared to miss portions of the tour.

You will need to make your own arrangements to get to the shuttle bus departure location, should you choose this option.
