Q: We are two adults. We shall be travelling from Atlanta to Europe in October. We have a six hour lay over in Washington (IAD). We we take the bus somewhere near the Airport, go round the city, hop off and on and ultimately drop off at the airport again? We do we have to board the bus at Union Station, if so how far is it from the Airport? Thank you. Papan

2011-09-09 06:26:02 Hi Papan:You can hop on to the bus at any of the stops listed which is the most convenient for you. But we do not have a pick up or drop off at airport. You can get dropped off at the most convenient stop near the airport and arrange your own transportation to airport. The location closest to the airport is perhaps the Arlington National Cemetery.

https://www.tours4fun.com/travel-companions/. You can choose to share room with another 3 travel companions at most as maximum room occupancy is 4. After you have found your travel companion, you can select numbers of people in your room based on how many companion you have found. Then our system will calculate the total amount for persons in your room, and you only need to pay the specified price. After you submit you order online, we will send an email to your companion asking them to pay their corresponding amount.

2011-09-09 06:17:44 Hi Edwin surya:Firstly, generally speaking, meal cost for each person per day arranges from $20.00 to $30.00 but it depends on customer’s choice. Meals are excluded in tour package and you have the option to pay for meals that tour guide arranges. We do not have a specific meal plan for this tour.
Secondly, admission to West Grand Canyon with a lunch $69.00/person (This fee must be paid on tour.) and the admission fee to Skywalk is $32.00/person, which is optional.

But please take your own responsibility should you miss the meeting up time and point advised by tour guide as the tour schedule is packed and you may not have enough time.
The vehicle we utilize to accommodate customer is motor coach, equipped with climate controlled air conditioning, reclining seats, individual reading lights, storage compartments, VCD/DVD and monitors, and a clean restroom.

1. For five adults, you have a couple options on pricing. You will have to book two rooms, you can do either the "buy 2 get 1 free" or the "buy 2 get 2 free". You can decide on two room configurations:
2 rooms (4 people in 1 room, 1 person in 1 room) = $2185.00
2 rooms (3 people in 1 room, 2 people in 1 room) = $2520.00
*However if you have 4 people in 1 room, and 1 person in another room, you will receieve 1 double room and 1 single room; and the single room may not be able to accomodate 2 or 3 people.
2. The hotels are located in the itinerary tab. They will be Sheraton Hotel, Marriott, Renaissance, Crowne Plaza, or similar
3. Yes, the tour will include all of the following:
-Complimentary airport pick-up (9:00am-10:00pm) and drop-off
-7-night hotel accommodations
-Roundtrip transportation in air-conditioned deluxe tour coach
-Professional tour escort

4. The service Fees for the tour guide and bus driver is $6.00 a day/per person in your party.
5. Yes, for the best service we strongly recommend all our customers to fly into Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)
6. We can extend your hotel stay, what you will need to do is when booking the reservation, "under additional comments" put "requires extention". We will then try our best to accommodate a few extra nights upon request.
However, we do not recommend you extend your stay in Manhattan Hotels because they are expencive.
7. Most of the hotels we offer are airport hotels, which means that most hotels will offer free shuttle service, to and from the airport. If you would like to extend additional nights at the sheraton EWR, we can do so for you.
8. My suggestion is to simply talk or ask the tour guide for the next day's breakfast arrangements
9. Unfortunately for the Mamma Mia! show, there will be no pickup/dropoff service. However, for the Woodburry tour there is a pickup/dropoff service at the available pick up locations. Please also remember to take these additional tours after your initial package tour.
10. Some hotels do offer the free transfer to airport, as long as they are airport hotels.
11. The hotel is about 115 miles away from Atlantic City.
