Q: I can't find any info on the coaches on which we will be traveling. Could you please give a description? Also, will we be responsible for our own luggage at each destination or will the hotels provide staff to load and unload? Thanks for the help.

I presume you are talking about tour coaches. The tour coaches will be 40-65 passenger tour coach.
We suggest bringing 1 carry-on and 1 luggage;You will be responsible for your own luggage at each stop.
However, if you require additional assistance, please notify the tour guide, and he will attempt to provide assistance or help.

The major stops for this tour will be at Solvang (about an hour or two), Hearst castle , Yosemite, San Francisco.

If you need to end the tour in LV instead of proceeding to LA with the tour group, you can just check-out the hotel by youself then, or you end at Chocolate factory, you self-transfer back to LV from there.

Day 2: The night tour provided on day 1 will cover some locations that the day tour offers on day 2. The differences between the two tours are, the night time setting, and the duration of the tour.
Day 3: No, unfortunately, you will not be able to go inside the White House.
Day 4: The Hersey chocolate world, is a short visit at the visitors center. You will be able to walk around at the local gift shops and restaurants as well. If you do not want to enter the corning glass museum, you may walk around the grounds of the corning museum.
Day 5: Generally speaking, the tour will conclude around 8PM.
It is possible for a drop off in NYC airports. You may speak with the tour guide on the last day of the tour for information regarding a possible manhattan drop-off.
