1) The Maid of the Mist optional tour will not be offered in early January.
2) In early January, besides the Maid of the Mist, the other visiting sites will be available.
3) From NYC directly to Niagara Falls approximately will be roughly 7-8 hours by bus. This tour may stop at Corning Glass Center on the way.
4) Generally the bus will be back to NYC between 8pm-8:30pm depends on traffic and weather conditions.

The trip on the 7th of November is sold out. It does include the Thousand Island tour.
For your information, the Thousand Island will close after Nov 13, 2011.
If you and your friends wish to take this tour, the only available departure dates are 11/05 and 11/09.
Attention: the tour departures on 11/05 has been comfirmed. There are still seats available.
the tour departures on 11/09 has not been confirmed yet. It depends on if there are enough customers book for this tour. If you book for this departure date, please be aware of a re-comfirmation will be needed prior to the tour start date.

Q: Hi, my friend and I are interested in this tour however I just realised there is another tour offered here that seems almost identical with the heading "3-Day Deluxe Bus Tour to Niagara Falls, Corning and Boston from New York" http://www.tours4fun.com/3-day-niagara-falls-corning-and-boston-tour-hq.html I also noticed that the pick up location is relatively close together in Chinatown but not identical and the cost is the same just that the one I mentioned has included the 3% transaction fee in the cost. Just wondering do we arrive at niagara on monday night, then go back to our hotel that night in uptate AND do we return to the falls on tuesday morning and then go on the 1000s island tour and return back to NYC that night? Q: We are planning to book the 81-141 tour of Niagra falls/corning glass tour on 3rd or 4th of January. We will be travelling from Australia. My questions are: We will be travelling out of USA on 6th of Jan, 2012. What will be your advice: to start on 3rd or on 4th. In case there is a cancellation of your tour(not by us), in that case will there be any refund as we will not be able to avail the tour in another day. Will we able to go to the Canada side in the evening or in the next morning on our own, as we have heard that the Canada side of the falls is much more exciting. Since you will be traveling out of USA on 01/06/2012, you can start your tour either on the 3rd or the 4th. If you start on the 3rd, you can have the 5th as a free day to relax or sightseeing before you leave the U.S.
In your case, there will be a refund available due to a cancellation of this tour (by our fault).
Unfortunately, there will not be enough time for you to go to the Canada side during this tour.
You will stay at a 3-star rated hotel(such as Holliday Inn or a similar hotel) in Bufallo, Manchester or Amherst for the night.
